General Terms and Conditions for the Use of the Website

I. Subject Matter

Art. 1. These General Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to for brevity as “General Terms and Conditions”, are intended to regulate the relations between “Polybet-Export” Ltd., hereinafter referred to for brevity as the “Provider”, owner of the website: https://polybet-export.com/, hereinafter referred to for brevity as the “Website”, and each of the users, hereinafter referred to for brevity as “User(s)”, of the Website, in connection with the User’s use of the Website.

III. General Provisions

Art. 3. The Website and the services offered through it operate in accordance with the rules set out in these General Terms and Conditions.
Art. 4. The Provider does not guarantee the continuous operation of the Website, nor that the Website will be free of errors.
Art. 5. The Provider reserves the right to suspend access to specific content (including, but not limited to: images, texts and other materials) published on the Website or to the Website as a whole, without the User’s consent, for an unlimited period of time, whether planned or incidental, without being liable for any damages that may arise for the User as a result of such suspension.
Art. 6. The Provider reserves the right to change, without prior notice, the structure or content of the Website. Such changes shall take effect immediately upon their publication on the Website.

IV. Characteristics of the Service

Art. 7. The main characteristics of the services provided to Users by the Provider through the Website, hereinafter referred to for brevity as the “Services”, are as follows:
(1) The Provider provides the opportunity to view and share content published on the Website. The Provider provides information about itself, its team, the services it provides, current offers, informational articles, contact details, presentations of its clients and partners, and other information.
(2) The Provider provides the opportunity to initiate a telephone call through functional buttons on the Website.
(3) The Provider provides the opportunity to submit electronic inquiries (by e-mail) through functional inquiry forms available on the Website. The User must complete the fields specified by the Provider and select the Submit button. When using this service, Users should be aware, and by accepting these General Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to have been informed, that the use of this service does not automatically result in the conclusion of a contract between the respective User and the Provider, i.e. sending an inquiry by e-mail does not create an obligation for the Provider to provide a specific service and does not establish contractual (obligational) relations between the Provider and the User. The respective User who has submitted an inquiry by e-mail to the Provider shall be deemed to have entered into a contract with the Provider for the performance of the relevant service only after receiving confirmation to this effect from the Provider.
The Provider does not guarantee its ability to respond or the period within which a response will be provided.
(4) The Provider provides the opportunity to submit electronic inquiries through the e-mail client used by the User, by means of functional links on the Website. For this purpose, the User must select a specific functional link on the Website (a location where the Provider’s e-mail address is displayed and can be “clicked”) and the device used by the User will open a new message window in the e-mail client installed on the device.
The Provider does not guarantee its ability to respond or the period within which a response will be provided.
(5) The Provider provides the opportunity to redirect (link) Users to the Provider’s business profiles on social networks, as well as to the profiles and websites of its partners, clients and others. The Provider provides this opportunity for the convenience of Users and shall not be liable for the content of the profiles and websites to which Users may be redirected and which are not owned and/or operated by the Provider. These General Terms and Conditions do not apply to the profiles and pages to which Users may be redirected, unless expressly stated otherwise.
(6) The Provider provides the opportunity to use a dynamic Google map integrated into the Website. Use of this service is subject to the applicable Google Maps and Google Earth Terms of Service available at https://www.google.com/intl/bg_bg/help/terms_maps.html.

V. Intellectual Property Rights

Art. 8. (1) All information published on the Website, including, but not limited to: texts, photographs, audio and video materials, is the intellectual property of the Provider or is lawfully used by the Provider and, as such, is protected by the applicable legislation concerning the protection of intellectual property, including, but not limited to, copyright and related rights.
(2) The Provider reserves all rights specified in the preceding paragraph.
(3) The use of the information referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, including, but not limited to: copying, modification and reproduction, without the consent and permission of the Provider or the respective holder of the intellectual property rights, except in cases expressly provided for by law, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement of the Provider’s intellectual property rights or those of the respective rights holder, where such holder is different from the Provider.
Art. 9. The Website may contain names and trademarks of products, services or persons that constitute or may constitute trademarks owned by the Provider or by third parties. Access to the Website, as well as nothing in these General Terms and Conditions or in the remaining content of the Website, shall be understood and/or interpreted as granting a license or right to use any such trademark without the prior written consent of the Provider or the respective third-party owner of the intellectual property in question.

VI. Other Terms

Art. 10. (1) The information and materials available on the Website (including, but not limited to: articles, images, messages and others) are of an informative, general and abstract nature and do not constitute, nor should they be accepted or interpreted as, advice, guidance and/or consultation provided by the Provider to any User of the Website.
(2) The Provider shall not be liable for the accuracy, reliability, correctness and/or currency of the information and materials available on and/or through the Website, for any reason whatsoever, nor for their applicability to any specific factual circumstances.
(3) The Provider shall not be liable for any pecuniary and/or non-pecuniary damages arising from the content of the Website, nor shall it be liable for damages suffered by any User and/or third party in connection with the use of the Website and/or the information and materials available on it, including their application to a specific situation (for example, where a User takes specific actions based on information published on the Website).
Art. 11. The possible invalidity of any provision of these General Terms and Conditions shall not result in the invalidity of the entire agreement.
Art. 12. These General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force for all Users as of 23 February 2026.
Art. 13. The General Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Provider at any time, and any amendment to the General Terms and Conditions shall become effective with respect to Users without the need for express notification thereof.
Art. 14. By using the Website and the information contained therein (including, but not limited to: browsing, clicking on links, entering information and other activities), the User expresses their unconditional consent to these General Terms and Conditions and all subsequent amendments thereto, acknowledges that they are bound by them and undertakes to comply with them.
